Tribute to the Spirit of Christmas

When a door leads no way out,
These are times when things fall apart,
We want to be weak,
We want to cry out,
There is nothing more we can do,
Till we turn to Him to see us through.

Time after time,
Tear after tear,
Our hearts are set ablaze,
We pray and we seek,
Hoping for an answer
or even a way out.

Till all hope fails,
No matter how empty a situation maybe,
My heart continues to cry out,
Hoping for You to set me free,
During this time of Christmas,
I lay down all my hope and trust.
