Day 1 of the ride is from Putrajaya mosque to Port Dickson...estimated 100km...flaggin off at 7.30am..

Day 2- Port Dickson to Malacca...estimated 100+ km also...takut :P

Ride for life draws near...Dec 1 to Dec 3... wish me luck!!!

Went training today with sum of the cyclist from RFL...hehe supposed route was around 30 km...but me n rachel took a short cut n ended up cycling almost 20 to 25 km only...even at that distance can feel the strain in my leg muscles...:p

RFL managed to draw attention from celebrities such as Hannah Tan and Joey G.

Nervous but can't wait :P...after that...Tapah Camp...I'm gonna talk bout self-esteem..hehe but kinda afraid...
