Help the AIDS patience by running the distance as every penny we earned from the event goes to the Malaysian Aids Foundation... Every penny earned will help save a life...to put it short.. every mile you run..you will save a life....

Quickie thought:

Have you ever heard the phrase 'Best Friends Forever' (B.F.F)... its hard to apply such a concept in our modern living nowadays.. as the world changes everyday...people change even quicker.. ppl which might seem to know like almost your whole life might turn into a perfect stranger....

However, beyond our family cicles and loved ones.. that is where friends lie...ppl look for friends who are honest, sincere and true. The search for the 'true friend' is a truly adventurous journey itself. Life is filled with uncertainties that people can face betrayal and dishonesty in the face. However a friendship is a two way situation. If your 'friend' might not have betray you..you might in return betray your friend. It takes a quick 'hello' to initiate a confrontation...but it takes a milestone of effort to bud it and blossom it into a friendship....

Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his
friends.

In our modern time, its hard to use the term lay down our lives for our friends..
all we can do is serve our friends with unconditional love and respecting and valuing them as
important individuals in our lives...its tough concept for me but i believe everyone nids to
deserves respect and needs to be valued as worth as gold...
I believe in the quality of friends and not the quantity..


So i hope you guys can be like this phrase:
