Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.

~joel a. barker~

Si Y-han :

With the tale of one's love,
Where seeing things eye to eye,
Began with him and her,
Tears were shed,
Along with the menace of the green eye.

However, as the passing of time
There story once told,Begins to unfold,
That If a wall shall come between them,
too high or too hard to breakthrough,
They know love will bring them back together again.

That is all that they need in their lives,
Where both of them will never let it go,
Living in each other arms
Remember to just be who you are,
As love will keep them alive!

Everlasting light

Every tale of old once told,
When there is light,
There will be darkness,
Deemed an eternal struggle,
of Good against Evil.

Darkness sweeps the lands,
With the seen being unseen,
The flow of time becomes unmeasured,
Life ceases at the moment,
Paths becomes the road not taken.

However, a light that lits,
Allows the unseen to be seen,
Where aimlessness was a thing of the past.
With the tale of triumph by Him,
Of the greatest conquest over darkness.

Now, the moment has come,
Where we become the light of the world,
Brimming with a light,
brighter than the blazing sun,
Forever eternal, forever everlasting!

*Anyone can make a difference

Intimacy

Definition:
sexual activity: activities associated with sexual intercourse

For example:
"they had sex in the back seat"

In my opinion, sex is heavily overrated. There are many dating reality tv series such as the bachelor and etc. which provides a message as though you can find your 'true love' through one or two dates with different candidates and also to have sex wit the different candidates will help you realize who is the girl you are destined to marry.

In addition, the world is selling sex as something that is cheap and common. What I meant by selling sex as something cheap is through advertisements, there are many scantily clad or sexual images that are used to attract attention of the male race. Many people in the advertising field believe that SEX SELLS!!!!

Next, the thing i meant by common is through a common practise nowadays which is one night stands(ONS). ONS have 3 simple rules; FUN, F***, FORGET!! However, ONS are so common among the working adults and now its coming into the culture of the youths. ONS is just a short fling between 2 strangers. ONS might be fun as there is always an issue of commitment with our partners in life.

In my opinion:

Sex is something that must be cherished as once we engage sexual intercourse with another person. We tend to leave something behind. Like an attachment. Im not meaning leaving things like (c**) or STD or other tangible stuff.. but more on intangible items such as memories and emotions. Sex is considered to be 'beautiful' among partners. However, if a relationship is based on a sexual activity, there will be a lacking of courtship in that relationship. Thus, it prevents better understanding of each other in the relationship.

Unproper sexual activity such as rape and abuse can lead to veils of shame placed upon the victim. This veils of shame is like a dark robe place on a person. Such shame, victims would like to hide and kept away from the clutches of the world. Such shame and fear will always live with you forever. However, a physical injury from a fight can heal over time.

Treasure your body as though it is as valuable as gold. You must understand. Everyone deserves to be valued and respected. Everyone's self value is more valuable than any crowns or gold. Guys must learn to treat girls with utmost respect and value them heavily as gold. The guys must treat girls as sisters(except your partner), where they will be protect and kept safe. that is sumthing i learnt recently.

So all in all, sex is a powerful tool that once misused can create different consequences to different ppl..

overall remember.. practice SAFE SEX!!!!!

Standing on for you (cont.)

Remember,
if a wall shall come before you,
too high to climb,
too hard to breakthrough.
Never fear, as God will find a way to bring you back to Him.

Keep up the hard work ayt! You will alwiz have Him and me to back ya up. Uphold your dignity and stand up and shine!!!

Standing on for you

With every passing mile,
Your words bring support,
Where it helps the mind to function,
In the scorches of the blazing sun,
Your support breathes comfort,
Upon my tiresome physical being.

First day(17th august 2007)
-Left tbs at 7.45am
-first stop was putrajaya and cyberjaya area.
-hard to imagine there were such great infrastructures in M'sia.
-hehe even ive been to cyber n putra a couple of times, but din reali take notice of the site.
-alot of tourist dere; Indonesians, Taiwanese, and Japanese.
-plus alot of nice cars; BMW M5 and M6. Couple of S classes and a CLS.
-the cycle to Cyberjaya was around 3 hours cycle.
-the road show was in conjunction wit the Fly FM cruisers.
-im keeping their goodies bags!!!! ive got one la.:p

-We reached PD late in the evening.. around 8pm...

-The cyclist totally covered 113km in the first day!!!!

-I cycled only the last 20 km replacing a friend.

-We stopped by a beachside and cook dinner.

-Dinner was simple and awesome.... baked beans, luncheon meat, rice ,egg and potato salad

-After dinner, we separate in groups to wash plates, set up tents and clean up at the makan place

-I went to a petrol station and used the gal toilet to wash dishes!!! crazy... alot of women kept trying to come in..i told them got SHIT STUCK IN THE TOILET!!! all left dy..but its true..got shit stuck dere.. floating summmore!!! haha gross stuff..

-We sneaked into a hotel toilet to bath.. there is alwiz a first for everything

-After that we camped out by a public beach. The site in the morning was amazing.

-However, there was a strong storm, many people in the tents had to clean up n sleep in the car!!
Second day (18th August 2007)
-Left PD around 10am in teh morning.
-We met up with jeremy who came after finishing 3 assignments
-The total journey to Malacca was 85++ km... i cycled almost 50++ km of tht.
- We passed by alot of kampung areas.
- Many people along our journey were encouraging us with words like ,"MERDEKA!!!!"
or like jus giving us simple hand gestures like the middle finger or the keep on pushing sign. some motorist acknowledge us by waving and honking to wish us luck.
- We reached Malacca around 5 to 6 pm.
- We went to have sum deserts like durian chendol...YUMZZ!!!!
-Jonker street was our next road stop.
-jonker was filled with people, enjoying food and the entertainment.. got sum talent show for kids.hehe some of them looked so cute and adorable..sum were jus horrible..
-Yihua pun ada perki..takde fate din see her la...if tertengok pun she kena belanja me makan..HOHOH!!!!
-Had SATAY CELUP for dinner.

Third day (19th August 2007)
-Left Hippo's crib at 10 am.
-Cycled from Malacca to our final destination at Muar, Johor.
-I cycled almost 20km of the final day's journey of 35km.
-Muar was a small town, drivers were scary man...worse than KL.
-We stopped at a beach for a rest and lunch. We had pasta... awesome food..

Fourth day(20th august 2007)
-Everyone left Muar to head back to Malacca on SUnday nyt.
-We ate satay celup agen.. kinda heaty
- Went to eat chicken rice ball and walked around jonker street for last min shopping.
-Left Malacca around 3pm and reached tbs by 6pm and jus did some clean up.

Overall the trip was great. It is something that myt be once in a lifetime. I am proud I went for such an event. Eventhough i did not cover the full 240km++ journey...but it was an experience of a lifetime.

This trip has thought me to appreciate the things around us. For example, when i was cycling pass the kampung areas on the way to Malacca, I cud see alot of flags being raised by houses or sticked on cars. The kampung areas were getting ready for a celebration of a lifetime. It then shook me, in KL it is hardly yu'll see a car or a house with a malaysian flag hung.

People!!! Its 50 years of Independence!!!! 50 years freedom from dictation, 50 years of development and most importantly 50 years of age the country has blossomed into. Malaysia might have lost its charm and appeal. But, its diversity in culture and religions makes it an example to be noted by other countries.

~One man can make a difference!!!~

~currently hearing : I'll be by edwin mccain...but mine is by goo goo dolls...

I'll be your crying shoulder
I'll be your love suicide
and I'll be better when I'm older
I'll be the greatest fan of your life

~I'll be (extract:chorus)~

What does this song mean to me?

Well it sounds a little creepy..i might like this as a love song, but the chorus creeps me out. It is tough for me to die for my love and devoting my whole life and my values for this one person. It is hard to practice giving all your adoration to one thing.

Well back to FA1...toodles

Basketball

Basketball is a sport that has alot of meaning in my life... basketball is a team game played by 5 players on the court on each team.

Basketball has alwiz been a great way for me to bond with my old school mates and good friends. Like when we are on the court, all worries are taken off our shoulders.

I feel as I take a shot, I am dumping my worries and (beban) of things i have in my life. As the shot enters the net, it kinda represents to me the worries are placed in a little black box.

My favourite player in the NBA currently is Tracy Mcgrady:

~He is a former scoring champion while with the Orlando Magic
~A common All Star attendant
~Currently plays for the rockets
~Cousin of high flyer Vince Carter(VC)

Kevin Garnett is the favourite player of one of my best pal Loh Yi Sin. I miss him man. He is a guy who shares interest with me in basketball.

Elements of the sport that pumps adrenaline into my blood stream while watchin:

1) Clutch shooters like Michael Jordan. His shot help the Bulls win their sixth NBA title against the Utah Jazz.

2) Dunkers who are high flyers like Kobe Bryant and Vince Carter.

3) Friendships build through the game:

Players in my school team:

Vooi Loon- One of the stars of our basketball team. He has great ball handling skills and a variety of scoring ability. Strong in defense and offense as well. Provides pretty good play making skills.

Kian Fai- A hidden talent in the game. Has great ball handling skills and great scoring ability. Also has great jumping height. Strong in defense and offense. Provide great leadership on the court. Able to play at a variety of position.

Reugene- A tricky player to defend. Great ball handling skills with much trickery and mastery of ball handling. Versatile in scoring cos can use both hands to score.

Benedict- A tough and strong player in the post. Able to achieve a high jump height. A scoring machine down the post. Aggressive in defense and is able to take long range shots.

Simon- Has great humble attitude while on the court. Has an eye for passing and dishing to the players with a good position. Strong in defense and provide good cover down the post. A good long range shooter

Ming Hui- The scoring machine of our team. Has great jumping height. A player of great skills in terms of ball handling and scoring. Very creative in terms of variety of shots and plays.

Wing Haong- A player with much pace and dedication on the court. Filled with stamina. A very unpredictable player due to quick pace and variety of scoring ability.

Chong Yit- A player strong down the post with a dominating presence. Has an eye for the 3 point shot. A humble player on the court. One of the macho man of the school team.

Chiu Chern- A hidden player in the school. Did not show his ranks till given the right opportunity. A very humble and adaptable player. Has great understanding of the game. One of my favourite back court partner.

Lim Mun Cheng- Strong down the post with a strong defense. Has great jumping ability and can create shots from nothing. A very energetic player.

Darren Kam- A strong player down the post. Has great understanding of the game. Has great versatility in his shots. A tough guy to man mark.

Melville- A very versatile scorer. A player with quick hands(steals). Has good ballhandling skills as well.

Other players:

Reugan- A great ball handler. Has great vision down the court. Very creative with great playmaking skills. A very quick and intelligent player. Has a variety of scoring options.

Lim Chin Yuan- A player with a strong presence down the post. A person strong in defense and in offense. Lack stamina but covers with an eye to find an open player down the court.

Nicholas Cheah- A very humble player. Great in scoring and in passing. Provides many different scoring options. Creative and intelligent player.

sorri for others who i might not have mentioned.these are the ppl i can think for the moment..

well overall thanks guys for giving me great memories on the court.

What matters most?

To my dearest sister... Have a safe trip and an awesome time back in Sydney!!!!

It all began 19 years ago....

My sis has alwiz been by my side. Even though we are not real good siblings at times. But, she is a person who deserves my utmost respect and recognition.

My sister is a great role model to look up upon. She works hard in order to achieve a goal in life. In return, her hardwork was recognised through her acceptance of her Columbo Scholarship. She came out in the paper!!!!

Some memories dear to me:

God bless :p...^^
